Our Graduate Program is unique. You’ll experience all facets of our operations and infrastructure.
You will be introduced to the business with a two week induction program held in our head office in Sydney. You will meet every head of division, have role specific training, attend a development centre and most importantly connect with your fellow Graduates.
Sales stream - Seven months of the program will be spent in offices in your home state/region, with the remaining two months spent with teams in other areas of Australia or New Zealand. You’ll work on special company projects that span the Asia Pacific region and spend a day with the CEO, CIO, Group Risk & Safety Manager and Director of People and Development presenting your personal journey on the program. You are supported throughout the program by assigned mentors. By the end of the year, you’ll be placed in a permanent position as Recruitment Consultant.
Information Technology and Risk & Safety Stream – Seven months of the program will be spent in your home state/region learning all facets of your chosen stream, with two months spent in other areas of operations to increase your understanding of the business as a whole and expand your network of contacts. (Please note these roles are located in IT – Sydney and Risk & Safety – Adelaide). You’ll work on special company projects that span the Asia Pacific region and spend a day with the CEO, CIO, Group Risk & Safety Manager and Director of People and Development presenting your personal journey on the program. You are supported throughout the program by assigned mentors. By the end of the year, you will be placed in a permanent position.
With a personal 5 year career plan that maps your journey to a leadership role coupled with extensive formal and informal training that you will attend during your program and beyond.
